We are in the process of having our house valued and put on the market. We turned to Peter Alan and we had a visit from Dan - he was very reassuring, clear and answered all of our questions on the day. There were some questions I forgot to ask when he visited. I left a message and he got back with answers straight away. Professional, breath of fresh air agent that takes uncertainty away and a credit to Peter Alan business.

Georgia is currently helping us so much, she always has a positive attitude, she kind and always answers my emails and any questions I have for her by the end of the day!! She is a really nice person and has/ is helping us so much, she?s providing us with all the information we need and when we need it and doesn?t not hesitate to go more in to detail when we don?t understand !!

I have recently gained my first rental property through Peter Alan Cwmbran following the sale of my house. I cannot fault Niall and the team for their support throughout the process. Communication from Niall has been second to none and I've never been left in limbo with questions or unknown timescales. Very slow in response, had a worst landlord in the world and the agents could not help or did not show any responsible. They let us in move in a property there was not heating working and it took six weeks before it was sorted. We did vacate the property two weeks ago and still not had a check out process, have not had our deposit yet. Definitely not recommended.
