Visited today & I must say there was a lovely lady working in the changing rooms that helped me & then when I went to purchase my items I told the woman that was serving me & I must say what a lovely woman she was too, they were both very helpful & kind & made me feel so comfortable ??

The store manager is rude!
Clothing is overpriced and made so cheaply it becomes faulty.

Half a star, couldn't see my fiancée's outfit she was trying on by sitting in the changing room (not in same room as her so nothing can happen) as she must of thought that was what we was doing, but we nothing like that , as she wanted me in seating area to see if they good enough for nights out ect, and as a buying customer getting rushed to leave, after buying a dress, yeah we was 20 minutes before closing but we werr fast and I even rushed my Mrs to get dressed as we being kicked out, as we felt like we was not wanted,last paying customers, really put me off the Cwmbran new look as they domt care about customers , just want an early finish, inwaw literally viewing my fiancée's outfit and she said (a worker) we close in 10 minutes, she was literally getting back changed, I regret spending money there. Won't go again.

Went in for some holiday stuff , stair lift going down was out of use using stairs was busy ,cheap and cheerful prices .

Went in a few Sundays ago bit if rush buying for outfit that night, even tho it last hour staff were tidying up etc, the staff were soo helpful stopped what they were doing to bring me over suggestions, walked out with a beautiful dress. Great customer service. Returned again this Saturday again lovely service! Thank you girls from Suzy from baby the shop.

Friendly staff. Bit confusing re:Blue Light Discount as you cant use it on certain lines of clothing e.g. Blue Vanilla.
