The team at Lloyds Bank Cwmbran are absolutely fantastic. Every time I visit, the staff are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. It's always a smooth and positive experience?exactly what great customer service should look like. The staff at this branch are a real credit to the bank!

A fantastic Lloyds branch. I've always been with Lloyds and wouldn't want to move to another bank. The staff are always friendly and really helpful. It's handy to be able to pay cash (notes) and cheques in to the paying-in machine, but obviously there's staff at the counters too. There's usually staff around the branch, too - to help with any problems or queries. I would highly recommend. Thank you to the fantastic staff!

Lady on the counter talks to much..Tuesdays 5th November 2024 at 2pm.
When I rush to the bank in my lunch break i don't want to know about someone's holidays . She could see us waiting but still carried on talking. In the end I left the branch and went to a local ATM to withdraw cash and used on line banking to deposit a cheque.
No wonder high street banks are closing down.

The website says this bank is open on a Saturday morning, but surprise surprise when I get there it is not!! Says on the door they DON'T open on Saturdays! Not a happy bunny!!PLEASE IGNORE THIS POST!! I HAD A RATHER SENILE MOMENT!!

When your website say opening times on Saturday 23rd 9 till 14.00 I expect that to b the case but it was closed at 13.20 your website also say opening times 25th December and 26th 9 till 17.00 and a message to say this might alter I would expect a Bank to know when it is or isnâ??t open and to put it clearly on their website for their CUSTOMERS to check as itâ??s impossible to get through by phone
