Staff are rude and unhelpful. Ignoring customers they can see are waiting to speak to someone seems to be their go to. Training obviously needed to deal with members of the public appropriately.

Every month we have an issue with my mother in laws medication, it's on a repeat and they can never do their jobs right. Sick to the back teeth of them giving us excuse after excuse. It's ridiculous!

Been using this pharmacy for nearly a year for repeat medication. I find one member of the staff particularly rude and unhelpful, she constantly contradicts the information she gave on previous visits, And could benefit from some training.

A friend who is deaf,blind,and unable to walk and is on liquid food only needs prescription delivered monthly because he cannot get up and let them in they won't deliver so his 72 Yr old disabled niece has to collect prescription, they used to deliver by gaining access to the building by contacting any of the other flats his front door is always open so his carers can go straight in asked if they could not deliver like they used to and walk straight in and was told they cannot do that I think it's disgusting service when they have been given permission worst chemist in cwmbran looking to change

This Chemists has problems. I don?t know what the cause is but it?s serious. Over the past few months it?s seems that there is no organisation. You ring through for your repeat prescription and they tell you a time and day to collect, but when you go to collect it?s either not ready or they can?t find it. It is becoming more frequent when the shop is closed without any reason, resulting in customers not able to collect their medications. My wife phoned he order on Monday and was told it would be ready after 3pm Thursday. Thursday afternoon they were closed with a note saying ?sorry but closed until tomorrow. ?The following day at 9:15 closed with a note on the door ?closed till after 2:30pm. At 3pm there is a queue of 12-15 people standing in the rain waiting to collect their meds. Returned at 4:45pm still a queue of 10-12 people. When I eventually get to be served I was told the prescription wasn?t ready and I?d have to wait 15mins. I have arranged to collect tomorrow morning (two days after it should have been ready) we?ll wait and see. This chemist is a joke. It is not fit for purpose. It lets down a good medical practice that it?s attached to. Something needs to be done to improve its service to the public.

Lovely staff run off their feet poor things always smiling always willing to help , the only drawback is how long it takes to answer the phone , which can be very frustrating .
