Filthy, disgusting food just chucked in the tray and all over the place. The tables weren?t wiped between diners and there was rubbish all over the floor.

DIRTY, RUDE, MISSING FOOD. Ordered 2 zinger Double down box meals £23.96. Did not supply us with sweetcorn and never said anything at till, we didn't realise until later and queue was too long. 3 order machines not working, also the place was stinking, food all over floor, tables not cleaned, staff were free just talking...worst KFC I've ever been too and the staff are rude...need a shake up. Second bad experience in this KFC. Don't know what's going on in this KFC. I took photos.

I entered the cwmbran store at 20:16 the restaurant was nice and tidy unlike my last visit and I am glad that it has been rectified. I received my order at 20:23 and there were some issues, the 1 piece original chicken I had was a drumstick and it was lukewarm at best and there were pink areas on the chicken which made me feel quite sick. Along with this the fries I received with my order were not good either, flavour wise they were perfect but temperature wise not the best some were stone cold and others were lukewarm. The Southern rice I couldn't even bring myself to eat it it looked foul, it was stuck together like a clump of clay and looked like it had been reheated in the microwave several times. It was not appealing at all. For the price I paid I do not think it was worth it £12.28 for this is not the best when the quality of food was shocking to say the least.

Sort your staff out for goodness sake! 02/02/25. Everything was incredibly slow! Lots of people waiting, many unhappy faces. One customer appeared to be invisible at the counter, nobody acknowedged her. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. KFC Cwmbran is absolutely terrible and for those who own KFC you really have to step in.

Diabolical service.
Clearly very understaffed.
Staff stressed. But not one member of staff looked up to offer a smile or a ?hi I won?t be a moment?
Every table was dirty.
Once food arrived. Member of staff didn?t even say thank you. No eye contact. Didn?t even acknowledge I was there to pick up my food.
Absolutely shocking.
Other customers aware of how unhappy staff were. Created an awful atmosphere to be in.
Food was pleasant and hot.
Therefore maybe team behind the scenes are working harder than those up front.

Order the food from KFC but when the food delivered few items were missing worth £24 & it?s not only that when you try to ring third party pick up the phone.So, who to blame KFC staff or delivery driver?Dear KFC sort this kind of issues in the future?I hope not to happen this to others as well ?trust is the main key if we all loose it then well fake world we are creating?be responsible & honest whatever field you are working.

This is the slowest KFC going. Waited 20 minutes for a rice box, and there are regularly queues of 15 people waiting. The staff move in slow motion.

or full refund but these two huge companies will treat you as disposableshould you need reimbursement or apologies. Don't bother buying, go somewhere else where your consumer rights are respected.I've had to repost this review three times since KFC keep having it removed as a fake review. What is ironic about this is that KFC are currently investigating this issue on my behalf with its Cwmbran branch and not once have I been asked for proof. It also reflects TrustPilots ability to be manipulated by businesses in order for them to bolster scores. Interestingly even with this tactic in mind KFC still has a resounding 1.5 star on TrustPilot.
