Never order from kebab king in Cwmbran. Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was stale and cold then was spoken too rudely on the phone. The man on the phone spoke to us like utter crap and hung the phone up. Terrible customer service and awful food!

Order came wrong, blamed me even tho it says on the app comes with pitta bread, tried sorting it out and they hung up on me. We are regulars here but will never order from here again. Appalling attitude

Dont live in the same city as this place. An order went through to them in a case of mistaken identity. Rang up less than 15 minutes after the order was confirmed when i noticed this to cancel, to be spoken to like garbage and told well tough.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered nachos and received tortilla chips with Dairylea cheese slapped on top. Called them up to ask for a refund as they were totally inedible, but the owner was no help. He told me that no one else has ever complained about them and tried to cancel the call on me twice. I told him that I was really unhappy about the way he was handing the call and he told me to put them in the bin and said I couldn?t have a refund. Absolutely disgusting.

Order over phone turned up order was wrong asked for order to be corrected and all I got re delivered was a pot of sauce I'm not happy in the slightest he refused a refund and said he give free one thing with next order I do not think I will be ordering from this place again due to this we was promised all the food 2 be redone not a bloody pot of sauce and 2 be told put in the microwave 4 a min well why would we eat food when it's wrong

Best chicken shish kebab ever... I orded from here a few times and always comes hot tasty and fresh not swimming in greese... can't praise them enough... if you have a problem with your order they will sort you out.... staff&delivery guys friendly and helpful.... talk to them before leaving negative feedback.... second chances and all that.... good work guys

Best chips ever, popcorn chicken is also an absolute banger. Be warned their garlic sauce is STRONG! Amazing though ?

Absolutely appauled with the service.Ordered our meals, ended up ringing 3 times getting told food was around the corner. Half hour later still no food. After ringing back again then told they had a problem with the driver.Food turned up stone cold.Will never order from here again.
