Some good cloths but they could with a bigger range, more stock as well as bigger sizes in store. Staff friendly.

Just a warning I had items as gifts for Xmas and I needed to exchange them for the next size up. When I went to exchange them for the next size up I was charged money to exchange for the next size up, before I paid I asked is this right as this is the only store I heard of that charges different prices per sizes. He assured me it?s because they used more materials in manufacturing. I left the store checked their website and noticed no matter the size of the item the price was the same, I then went back in the store and checked the ones on the shelf and all sizes was the exact same price. I then confronted them with my findings and then had a refund. I thought maybe this was a one off mistake from someone new or didn?t know what they was doing, but after talking to friends and family they also tried to do this to others recently.

Couldn?t find the right colour of a coat in store at the Cardiff branch. Called and spoke to Tracy in the Cwmbran branch about 10 times, super helpful and patient with me. Now I?ve bought 2 coats instead of 1..
