Not anymore, asked for diamond wax at £10, saw the computer inside car wash and it was the standard £8 one. Thieving buggers ??

Over price
Should get a really good pre wash before going into the main wash. First time and last only was being a quick blast of the jet wash and that was it. My car in some spots is still dirty after the wash. Not value for money.

The card machine 'doesn't work' a lot of the time and they tried to charge the equivalent of a high spec wash for a hand wash, when the car wash itself wasn't working. Avoid if you can, I won't be returning.

I like the IMO franchise and use them when I can.The car wash in Bridgend is excellent and I would give them 5 star.The one I visited in Cwmbran was ok efficient without being overly friendly.The important thing is that it does the job.

Polite, friend and conscientious.
The machinery doesn't dry very well but the wash is good.
I buy in bundles of 12, worthwhile.

Cwmbran IMO. Used to get a really good pre wash before going into the main wash, not any more. Last 2 times it's been a quick blast of the jet wash and that was it. My wheels were still dirty after the wash. Not value for money anymore. May have to go elsewhere in future.

Opening times are a joke, the person operating it just closes when they like. No point in even trying after 5pm.

Paid for the ULTRA HD car wash, which didn?t really wash well and left my car covered in greasy looking speckles. There were also fine scratches on the bonnet.
Definitely avoid!
Contacted head office, made no comment about the poor quality but told me I?d have to return about the scratches. Absolute shambles.

Terrible place used to be a good car wash half the time machine is not working to it's full potential but don't tell you this and still take your money and on Sundays the pay buy card option doesn't seem to work asking for cash and then when you say u don't have cash all ov a sudden the hand held machine to use your card is working big fiddle going on there stay well away every thing is slap dash there now my car came out jus as dirty as it went him had to go home and wash my self sham was a good car wash

Friendly service and a decent car wash. Highly recommend. Not thorough then a hand wash and quicker too.
