Shopped first thing this morning for something for my lunch break. The lady on the till talked continuously to her friend behind me and managed to do the whole transaction without speaking or even looking at me. She gave me my change without speaking or even a receipt. I would like to say it was the first time it happened but unfortunately the last time I went in the same lady was talking to a colleague.
I work in retail and know how important customer service is. Unfortunately this lady doesn't seem to.
