We’ve just completed on our first home with a Halifax mortgage. Bethan at the Cwmbran branch was brilliant throughout the process, especially as first time buyers who asked a lot of (probably stupid) questions. Highly recommended ?

Just visited Cwmbran branch.. Opened 3 minutes late. No apology. Staff are rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, unhelpful ignorant and scruffy. They have no pride in their job or personal appearance……absolute disgrace
