If you'd like a side of verbal abuse to go along with your jewellery purchase then Cwmbran is the store for you! Never have I met such rude managers in a shop before. Selling poor quality jewellery and then have the cheek to blame you when diamonds fall out your engagement ring. Absolutely avoid this store.\\n\\nEdit in response: I already lodged a complaint with your customer services team. Nothing was done and judging by other reviews people are still being treated appallingly by the team!

If I could publish this with ZERO stars I would. I also wish I could add a photo. Their receipts say any purchase made between October 1st 2022 and December 24th 2022 can be RETURNED for an exchange or refund.RUBBISH. My partner bought me a Rhodium ring on 11/11/22 for £274 plus £30 insurance. We didn't know anything about Rhodium but were told it doesn't discolour etc etc again RUBBISH. Apparently they have to be \\\" redipped\\\" every 6 Months because THEY DISCOLOUR. MIne had already discoloured after a couple of weeks The Manageress refused a refund. Apparently because it had been WORN a couple of times.\\nWhen we politely mentioned trading standards she told us to leave the store.\\nMy partner has aggressive cancer and was upset over the ring. SHE eventually said if he bought something more expensive she would deduct the cost of the ring. I was FUMING. STILL AM. He was pushed into buying a ring for £550 . A ring I didn't really want. AVOID H SAMUEL

Worst customer service you can get ! If I could I would give 0 stars. I ordered a guess watch for my husbands birthday collected it the next day. My husbands birthday is still a few days away but as I?ve had a fault watch from h Samuel the previous year for his birthday too I decided to check the watch before giving it to him on his birthday and what do you know h Samuel has given me a faulty watch again. I contacted the live chat on h Samuel website and they said I could go in any store for an exchange. So I decided to come to this store? big mistake ! I came in as soon as the lady whom I have a video of abusing me and my family. English lady shorts haircut who looks very unhappy I am to serve brown people as her whole demeanour changed once turning around and noticing we were brown.. I explained I collected a watch and it is fault and it has only been a few days.. and I?m sure H Samuel has a 30 day police for returns and exchanges as it says on their website.. I showed the watch that it isn?t ticking before even looking she said we might of broke it which I don?t know how as we just looked at the watch it hadn?t even been worn then she accused us of wearing the watch bare in mind even if you wear the watch and it?s fault within those 30 days they can still refund you or return the product.. she was so rude and speaking to us as if we were some thugs who had stolen the watch. My husband asked for her name as she was not wearing a name badge and her male colleague decided to start shouting at us for asking her name she then threaten to grab me and throw me out and I quote ?with my bare hands?. Blatantly out of choice she has already chided to not exchange the watch. I am a regular paying customer what a disgusting store h Samuel has lost a long term customer.. I don?t know what she thought by acting this way that our watch will not be exchanged we then had to travel to Cardiff where the workers were lovely withing a minute the employee had exchanged the watch no accusations no rude attitude but I after the treatment from this lady I wouldn?t look to h Samuel anymore.

Went there to get a battery for my sekio watch, to be told they couldn't change the battery as the back was to fine to open?And suggested I went to a local Shoe repair shop to have it done there, was not impressed, 2nd time I have been there with my Sekio watches and was told they couldn't assist.Will not bother next time. Will find a Sekio specialist.

Great customer service! The manager kimberley was so friendly and welcoming. Advised us on a few different options and spent ages with us trying different rings on. Nothing was too much trouble! I will definitely return

Excellent service. We bought wedding rings here and they were great. Mine ended up being a bit small when we came to collect. They had a new deal on for 25%, which they promptly applied not just in the ring that needed exchanging, but on both! We didn't even request it, they just wanted to make sure we had a great experience.

I would never buy from H.Samual again, went in April last year to have my ring sized which is a T got told by the manager that they could size any ring to my size. My boyfriend bought my engagement ring a few weeks later and proposed with it. I noticed a line on but assumed it was normal and never got it checked. Went back into the store after a few months to look at wedding rings and explained to them about the line. They told me it a fracture in the shank and they took it away for over 4 weeks to get it fixed (by this time we was due to go on our engagement holiday) got it back two weeks beforehand and within two days the band had snapped. Went back and spoke to the same manager and she told she would put a new shank but I would have to pay for some of the costs. Made my mind up that I want a full refund and the same manager was extremely rude and told us that we should have never had made to that size by the advice giving to us even though it was her who told us we could! After that experience have never stepped foot in store and would never again!
