Came and used the gym while staying away on business, only £5er for a day pass and Powerade and nuts for £2.30. Friendly, welcoming and TONS of equipment. If I stop here again I'll be sure to pop back ??

We attended here for a kids Halloween party, it's was reasonably priced and my little one had a ball!It's dog friendly as well, so I got to sit with the dogs with a well earned pint (being a dad isn't easy) whilst my little one was running around having fun.

Been coming here for years. Old school spit sawdust gym. After seeing how we were all treated and how corporate businesses killed family businesses, we need to support local family run businesses more now than ever.It's cheaper and has more to offer than gyms in area also.

Everything about goodes is amazing... Gym, tattooist, barbers, sunbed shop, massage, and a bar!... The ultimate man cave!.. Staff are super friendly and just a nice atmosphere all round!

Not sure why your advertising being a cafe if when customers turn up you don't even have bread in, and the person serving you tells you they might be able to get some chips together?! The outside balcony seating is left wet from the night and hasn't been tidied when arriving. The function room is a great size though and bar staff are friendly at evenings. But I think perhaps you need to decide if your going to go down the cafe route or not as your doing yourselves a disservice atm...
