Would give 0 if it let me. didn't give me all information when doing an upgrade which would have changed my decision. was told to go in to complain by advisor on phone. manager of store was very smug and arrogant basically told me while smiling they don't have to give the information as it would stop me from upgrading that day and wouldn't offer anything even though his team didn't give the full information. disgusting treatment considering i have with T-Mobile and when it transitioned to EE for 19 years. to be disrespected like this is disgusting. will be taking all 5 lines from them as and when they come up
avoid this store like the plague as if they have done this to me I'm certain I wouldn't have been the 1st and won't be the last to be treated like this!

Staff told me I was not account holder of my account, insisted they couldn't do anything to correct the error and were rude and unapologetic.

AMAZING- I went into the shop at 5.25pm and was served by Luke, what can I say how amazing he was, so helpful, so knowledgeable, so friendly, he went over and beyond to help, stayed on even after closing time.
Just want to say what an asset Luke is to your company. Thank you so much I cannot stop telling people.
He also insisted if I needed any help to just go in anytime.
I was with my blind daughter with special needs, but he made us feel so comfortable and welcoming. I was amazed nothing was too much trouble.
Luke you?re a great guy. Don?t change your way ever. It?s free to be nice and nice to be nice. Such a polite helpful lovely guy. ????????

Brought a Samsung device from this store,took it back because of a charging issue,it was sent to EE repair centre,no fault found, on collection I was seen by store manager Katie,on the handover of my device I noticed a chip in my devices screen saver,and on further inspection noticed it was bent,the customer service I received after I bought it to Katie's attention was so poor and belligerent was a understatement to say the least,she was so rude and unprofessional and was appalled that she will not to anything to rectify the issue,I would highly recommend not using EE or this store as the level off professional is sub standard. I'm now left with a damaged tablet which is my sons gift for doing well in school he is gutted as it was only 3 months old. Katie you should be ashamed at the level care you have treated a valued customer.

Apart from one person serving the other 3 personnel in this branch stand around talking rubbish amongst themselves loud enough for customers to hear my wife and myself couldn't believe what we were seeing and listening to the young lad from Abergavenny who served us was excellent and needed help sometimes but the other 3 weren't interested my advice go elsewhere!!

Excellent service and advice from Freddie yesterday in the Cwmbran store. Nothing was too much trouble for him and everything was done with a smile. There was no ?hard sell? but his attitude made me feel like I want to change ALL my services to EE! Thank you for making me feel like such a valued customer.

Shocking, Simply Shocking.... Customer Service Staff Needs Training.... wife came in Saturday 3rd February to upgrade, upgrade was confirmed and had to go back Sunday when phone was due in, customer services said they would phone when in stock... wife had the tracking number and it shows the phone has been delivered to the shop, no phone call Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or today Wednesday, the phone is in the shop, wife have phoned and phoned, sometimes a hour solid... I understand that places gets busy but let the customer know, Sunday the sales bloke even made the comment that how boring a Sunday is because its normally dead in the shop but yet couldn't be bothered to sort out this phone, the sales assistant asked could we leave a good review because he's in competition with I think he said Swansea store....Well here's your review, you deserve 0 stars but that's not a option... hang your heads in shame cwmbran store

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Was waiting over half hour to be seen and was not even acknowledged once or even apologised for the wait. Multiple people were waiting as well who walked out in disgust due to waiting so long. We Ended up walking out and no one even batted an eyelid. Lack of staff in the shop speaks volumes. Have ended up taking our business elsewhere?

Absolutely no hustle by any of the staff here to get customers seen in any form of fast service. Store has maximum 2 staff in at any time and staff just don?t seem to hustle
