Would give 0 if it let me. didn't give me all information when doing an upgrade which would have changed my decision. was told to go in to complain by advisor on phone. manager of store was very smug and arrogant basically told me while smiling they don't have to give the information as it would stop me from upgrading... read full comment

Staff told me I was not account holder of my account, insisted they couldn't do anything to correct the error and were rude and unapologetic.

AMAZING- I went into the shop at 5.25pm and was served by Luke, what can I say how amazing he was, so helpful, so knowledgeable, so friendly, he went over and beyond to help, stayed on even after closing time.
