I called in to Dreams at Cwmbran today. Met Jack, a knowledgeable young man. I told him that I was looking for a new mattress, he asked me to lie on the test bed which proceeded to work out what type of mattress would suit me best. Once we had a list of suitable ones we proceeded to lay down on each one in turn until I narrowed the selection down. I tried each one numerous times slowly eliminating some until it came down to just two. Jack was extremely patient throughout the process, giving me advice and information about each mattress. Every day is a learning day that's for sure. I finally made my selection and paid for the mattress which is being delivered next week. I cannot fault the service I recieved, he even made me coffee whilst we were doing the paperwork. I would recommend anyone looking for a new bed or mattress to call in,ask for Jack you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic service from Lynne, everything was covered and explained lovely to us.

Our bed delivery had to be rearranged several times because the house was not refurbished. Dreams was extremely understanding and nothing was too much trouble for them. When the bed was eventually delivered and assembled, the team were exceptional ?

We was welcomed into the store by staff and was appointed lizzie to help us go through the process they helped us go in scan matress to fund a matress for us both and then shown 3 djffrent option's.
Did not feel pressured into buying anything but we looked at few beds and matress option's then decided on the frame and matress we like.
Lizzie was a fabulous staff member knew her job well made us feel welcome.
Definitely deal with these again.

After having a terrible run in with the manageress of this store over a bed purchase a year ago. Today we were served by Elizebeth who once again came up trumps (she sorted out the last mess) with over £1200 in vouchers to spend she directed us to exactly what we wanted. We'll done her.

Started off to be greeted by a lady with manners, asked about all mattresses and to see the other ones at discount and the ones that were at the back to be told they don?t do that, to walk around the shop and see they were lying as we seen them ourselves, they just wanted us to purchase the most expensive ones. to then come to paying and finalising our purchase to be sat with a different woman, who was really rude she even cut my partner up whilst he was speaking and say just pay your money as she just wanted to get the sale done with. Even forcing the card machine to him, we nearly said keep your mattress and pillow and walk out to purchase elsewhere I would never go back to the Cwmbran store to purchase anything. They are really rude and only care about making a high sale

Could not be happier with the service at Dreams in Cwmbran. Anthony was extremely helpful and polite. He gave us excellent advice regarding the bed, mattress and pillows we purchased from the Cwmbran store on 25/01/2025. The manager? (lady with long grey hair) was also very helpful. Anthony went out of his way to ensure we were happy with our purchased and gave us plenty of time alone to discuss the purchase before committing to it. I would highly recommend Dreams in Cwmbran to my family/friends/public.

Absolutely blown away by the service from the second we were warmly welcomed into the store and right up until the moment we left after purchasing the best mattress that's ever been! The staff were friendly, warm, professional, very knowledgeable and just all round lovely humans who could not have been more helpful. The machine that calibrated/predicted our ideal mattress was like something out of Buck Rogers! Very futuristic and absolutely impressed with each and every aspect of our experience at Dreams Cwmbran, special shout out to Lynne and Lynne who were both superb,
Would highly recommend, 10/10!
