Won't be ordering from the Cwmbran store again, placed an order for collection (Which is 20 minutes away). Once back at home and eating the pizza I had noticed there was no sauce in the double decadence on both pizzas, literally bone dry, also the chicken kickers was the world's smallest. Called up the store to complain and was told that they ran out of the double decadence sauce, but was still happy to charge me an additional £3 for each pizza.They didn't seem to bothered by this and there was a lot of shouting in the background. I requested that I bring back all the food for them to look for them selves and recieve a refund but I was told there was no need to come back to the store as they will put through the refund.Called 2 months later to find out where mine redund was and told it'll be passed on to head office as they are the only ones who can sort out refunds. 4 months down the line, still no refund. So for this, you get 0 star rating and you lose a loyal customer.Seems like you don't care about your customers or even take the time to remove items off the menu that are not available.

An hour and ten minutes for a pizza delivery on a Thursday night.. two phone calls and still no delivery.. nothing offered to compensate.. these are expensive to have food delivered which has been out of the oven for 30 minutes or so.. you are not Napolis..

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options you will be pleased.
Dietary restrictions: Loads of dietary options, no gluten options though
Parking: Parking is alright can be difficult due to high demand, normally you will need to park underground and then walk 5-10 minutes.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly to all people.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible to wheelchair users.
