I liked the family owned atmosphere of this timer yard. The big problem is access. If you need any volume of timer it's really hard to get access as there is a narrow yard. I parked on the street outside and carried several loads to my car

Wouldn't recommend this company for anything more than a simple shed. I ordered what I thought was a proper insulated, all year round, premium garden room, but ended up with a very badly insulated, massively over priced summer house with no proper flooring (had to pay extra and fit myself). Paid massive amount of money (upfront) as well. Customer service is non existent and very foreign to this company - extremely rude, arrogant, unfriendly and unhelpful (once money has been paid) - they don't understand customer satisfaction. Went with this company because its local, family run, wanted to support local business and trusted them - would probably go straight to large, reputable company next time and avoid all local businesses now. Timber quality was fine - although outside is now cracking (1 month in) and roof now needs repair because its not draining properly - company doesn't care anymore so I need to repair myself. To be fair, the overall structure is good, just not what I expected for price.

So this is my second big purchase as I moved home so couldnt take my last shed with us. The last shed was 7 years old and no problems with the shed or roof. In our new home we ordered a summerhouse the guys were great the summerhouse looks amazing and is well built as I'm tall they made it a foot higher. I also ordered fence panels and John and the lady there were great to deal with. They even made me an odd shaped panel superb service and will def recommend ?
