Absolutely shocking, people with larger purchases being serviced before us. Staff wandering around aimlessly with grumpy faces, will purchase elsewhere next time!! Time wasting and grumpy

Super easy to use click and collect service and friendly and helpful staff. Ordered online to collect. By the time I'd arrived at the store, less than 30 minutes later, the tv I had bought was ready and waiting at the collection desk. Great customer service.

Needed a new TV and the sales assistant Matio was very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service, The shop was closing and he had his bag over his shoulder ready to leave, but still took the time to help. I bought the TV and he helped me get it into my car. Great service Matio
