Used to have a public counter, but is trade only now. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, prices are to bad either. The shop used to have almost every tool you could want and if they didn't have they could probably order it. I imagine they still can too, if I was a tradesman and had a trade account this is where I would go to buy the tools I needed.
