I love the showroom, it was a great start when planning our bathroom and felt really comfortable being able to take our time looking at our practical needs and colour scheme.Customer service is great, from planning to completion. Installation was carried out around us and Mark dealt with our anomalies and my "add-ons" brilliantly giving us an awesome finish and a bathroom we love.

We decided to change our bathroom at very short notice as it needed updating and contacted Complete Bathrooms Ltd for a quote. Justin professionally and promptly measured, designed and supplied the bathroom suite and tiles. The digital designs are excellent and provide a great insight into how the bathroom will look. We asked for some changes to be made to the design which were also adjusted promptly. The bathroom was delivered quickly to be fitted by our chosen plumber (as we'd left it so last minute). We're very happy with the quality of the products thus far and thrilled with how our new bathroom looks. Thank you Justin for all your help and great communication!

Wonderful installation service. Don?t be put off by a delay between ordering and installing, it is due to how busy they are. Mark, the fitter worked tirelessly, and was patience, kindness and professionalism personified. We are delighted with our new bathroom. Installation was only a few weeks ago so it is too early to tell if the after sale service measures up to the stellar service so far but I will be very surprised if it doesn?t!

Chaotic information and service when trying to purchase a bath for sale in the showroom.With 3 bathrooms to design and fit will not be using this service. (The fees for installation was 1500gbp was more expensive per bathroom than another quote).

I never write reviews but on this occasion I had to . We had a very small bathroom done -so not a huge job- everything started ok with glossy photos and all the rest but it proved to be very poor quality that started to show from the word go. A few visits from staff to put things improve things and I can recall one of them telling us that the actual job was" s***."Very poor design and execution as well as cheap quality of products. It is 2 years on and for ever having issues .I suggest any potential customers either go elsewhere or take photos of what items are being actually agreed to provide and check on delivery before fitting.We paid over 9K for that.Never again!!!!

Excellent service and fitting from Mark!!Polite and hard working and not intrusive whilst Covid is going on. We are very pleased with finished product!Justin accommodated the fitting a little early due to a family bereavement very pleased with that!Original fitting should have been in April but these are difficult times!This is a second trip to Complete Bathrooms after 15 years. Highly recommended!
