My experience with Cwmbran branch and the company itself I can only sing praises for them all I have had bad experiences in the past and all I can say is they have turned out to be so helpful and very caring and have always helped me no matter what it's never been any trouble for them and have always got the best result in solving my problems and that is why I have never ever thought about going with another bank,I believe I have been a customer with cooperative bank for over 30 years and hopefully for a lot more too.so to all of the staff who works for the company I just want to say a very big thank you for all that you have done for me, I will always forever be grateful love a very happy customer xx Kim Griffiths

My nan went into bank today to withdraw money to pay a bill that she needs to pay as soon as possible, too where staff wouldnt let her withdraw her money. She had her card and plenty of ID on her if she needed proof.
We are looking into changing her bank account and making a formal complaint as this isn't the first time it's happened. She is currently in debt with this bill as she keeps having the same trouble with the bank.
I nor my nan will not be recommending this bank to anyone

The staff here have always been friendly and helpful. Been a customer for 12 years. It's a pity the bank lets them down. Concerned about ethics etc but not their customers.

I am not happy with the opening hours. I am unable to get to the bank due to my hours of work. I think the opening hours are very restrictive for a lot of customers and this should be reviewed.

35.9% interest on an arranged overdraft - pure exploitation just as bad as pay day lenders.

SERVICE WITH A SMILE You get your money formalities done and can enjoy a little natter ( as long as there's no one behind you ?? ). ThIS ethical bank is a good choice if you care about your enviroment ?
