My nan went into bank today to withdraw money to pay a bill that she needs to pay as soon as possible, too where staff wouldnt let her withdraw her money. She had her card and plenty of ID on her if she needed proof.
We are looking into changing her bank account and making a formal complaint as this isn't the first... read full comment

The staff here have always been friendly and helpful. Been a customer for 12 years. It's a pity the bank lets them down. Concerned about ethics etc but not their customers.
