Took my 2 year old niece Robyn here today and had a lovely experience, getting Robyn to sit still usually is a bit of a task, but Amelia was so helpful, patient and all round amazing! She measured Robyn?s feet and gave us advice, thank you Amelia, we have a very confident happy little one with her new trainers!

We had the pleasure of being served by Hazel at the Cwmbran store twice this weekend. I had purchased 2 new pairs of school shoes for my girls and they had their feet measured. Hazel was amazing with the girls and made them feel like they were the centre of attention, which they loved. Shoe care was offered, but I had already purchased this before and so had some at home. Hazel was more than happy to remind me how and when to use the products to keep the shoes at their best for longer. In all we had a lovely experience and will certainly be returning.

Very helpful and friendly definitely recommend this shop especially for little ones that cannot tell you if their shoes fit properly or not. A must for school shoes.

During a busy time Lorraine was amazing today with my fussy toddler, although the shoe I wanted wasn't in store she helped me with another pair which I loved more and more to the point my toddler loves! Thank you so much Lorraine for your time and patience, see you soon for her next pair!

Very helpful staff. Like a lot of Clarks shops, though the choice is being reduced as they concentrate more on online sales. I was still able to find something suitable for formal wear.

Went into Clark?s shop Cwmbran, spoke to a lovely lady called Jocelyn in the children?s department, she was really helpful gave good advise and was very patient would recommend asking for her, couldn?t of been more helpful. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Now you spend quite a considerable amount of money on children?s school shoes but when one of those children are in need for a toilet they quote health and safety? Very bad to refuse to help a child. Head office for an answer on this one I think
