When I initially emailed about a rental property, the response was quick. When it came to my viewing however, I was 7 minutes late due to car trouble and general traffic - I notified the agent 30 minutes ahead of my viewing slot that I may be late. When I arrived she was rude, didn't provide any information on the property, rushed me and in general felt like she didn't take me seriously. She claimed that my email re: my lateness wasn't received - I insisted that it was, she then checked her junk email and found it, and didn't at all apologise for the rude assumption.Overall, I wouldn't recommend at all, I felt like I wasn't taken seriously due to the fact that I am a young renter (24), the customer service is very lacking and the communication was subpar at best.

Me and my partner have just moved in to our new property with help from Chesire and Co. We had such a bad experience with other letting agents leaving us with trust issues but Chesire and Co very quickly gained our trust. They are very professional, welcoming and respectful people who have the best intentions for all parties involved. I would highly recommend renting with Chesire and Co.

From the start of the process I was impressed by all the team at Cheshire & Co Nat, Rose and Liz. No question was ever a problem and they held my hand all the way through the process, I had not moved house for over 20 years, and they always made me feel welcome at their office. During this time I had 2 phone calls from Darlows and 3 letters from Peter Alan who both tried to get me to go with them even though I was in a contract. I did not realise how underhand this business can be . One of the Peter Alan letters was addressed to Mrs H.. which I found a little upsetting. They could at least have done there homework. Anyway I cannot speak highly enough of Cheshire & Co they are superb and I highly recommend them.

Cheshire & co were recommended to us by a friend who had sold through them. We had a few agents out and the difference was remarkable. Gareth came to our house and asked about us and our plans and why we were looking to move before once mentioning our house our "how good he was" the other agents simply produced certificates and brochures telling us "how good they were" or "how many houses they had soldâ?, none took an interest in us, and then finally how cheap they were prepared to be! We Choose Cheshire & Co and the service was superb from start to finish they even found us a house through ANOTHER agent!!! And helped us with our purchase, they even wrote to us at our new address to thank us and wish us well. Highly recommend this small but superb team.

do not use these to rent your property out.
they don't care who they put in and what mess they make.
its just cost me thousands to renovate a property that Cheshire & co was putting decent clients in (NOT)
they also under value property.
