I ordered last night at 6 40pm, website said '45 minutes ' my confirmation said 7.26pm. At 8.15pm I rang to be told my food was in the kitchen being prepared. Still nothing at 9pm so rang again to be told it was out for delivery. The stone cold food arrived at 9.20pm. NEVER

Would leave zero stars if I could.
Ordered early, no confirmation received.
Called to be told "our systems are down", and "I'll get a refund". If the systems are down it's strange how they still managed to take my money.
Not the first time this has happened, taking my custom elsewhere.
