Cwmbran retail park store is a total no go, ordered a tv and bracket online for my daughter specifically due to the option of collecting today to be told because it?s a ?bundle? they cannot give it to me and I have to wait for even more to be delivered to store in 3 days time, despite them telling me they had plenty in stock. The number given to me by the ginger girl who claimed I could request a refund was a dead end. The phone support were even less help than the girl I had the displeasure of dealing with and stated they are unable to refund at this time after waiting 45 minutes to be told that, after driving an hour long round trip to the store to be given zero help. Usless.

Fabulous service from staff member Dave today . Ordered a cooker got home realised wrong size went straight back and he sorted out my concern and found me similar product in right size . Very understanding and knows his job. Thanks Dave

Awful experience. Don't care less attitude from some of the staff. Took a faulty item back, a lovely young man helped me carry it from the car and explained to customer service what was wrong for me, staff on the desk didn't speak to me or even acknowledge me, completely ignored me and talked amongst themselves. I will never use that place again.

DO NOT BUY A Laptop from this company!!! I spent almost £500 on a laptop from them less than 2 years ago. I took out the know how protection for £7.99 a month on top of that. From the first week I had issues with it running slow i called the kn ow how desk numerous times to be fobbed off time and time again!! Telling me to just reset it (this was happening a few times a month) I asked them to have it in to look at it as it was covered by the know how cover and the warranty..y

Very poor experience today. Visited to buy a compact digital camera, having already done online research, I wanted to choose and buy in store. Very helpful staff member, Elliott, who was extremely apologetic as none of the cameras were operational. With online shopping being so accessible stores need to go the extra distance to make it worth visiting. Today was a waste of a trip, as was last time when I wanted to buy a vacuum cleaner only to be talked into one that wasnâ??t available.

I have been using Curryâ??s in Cwmbran since opening, I have always had good service until now. A month ago I went in to purchase a small TV,the store was quiet, staff were just sat around talking.
