I bought rose gold 70 online and took them to be inflated in store at Cwmbran. Harvey was so pleasant and polite. Unfortunately the 7 deflated later that day but I spoke to Karen who was lovely and offered a refund. The customer care was excellent in store too when Tracy actioned my refund. Thank you very much appreciated.

This store is always so friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble for them .I bought some table decorations from there for a birthday and they didn't have enough there so gwent and phoned around to see if other shops had them available the managsres is such a lovely kind helpful lady I can't praise her enough
