We live in England and whenever we are over in Wales we make a beeline for Brown Bears, the staff are friendly, polite, respectful and very helpful. Great service. The food is also awesome. Would completely recommend this lovely little place ?

Parking underneath asda in cwmbran , it's free to park in cwmbran,
lifts to the shopping centre or take the stairs.
It's on the same row as the butchers and opposite Clarks' shoes

Clean and tidy
There is like Cubicle barriers so you can have privacy at a table
Asked for pancakes and the strawberries , yoghurt, and syrup on the side, no trouble at all for them to do that for me
Latte was hot
Cheap prices
Quick service to the table

I'm astonished at the good reviews, I visited and we waited so long for our drinks we had finished our food and when I asked the staff for our drinks the manager snapped and said they were busy, not the customer service I was expecting, would not recommend or ever visit again.

I only had a nice milkshake, pleasant staff and a good atmosphere as most of the tables was full inside.

What can I say, but Wow!!! The food was outstanding, the coffee incredible, the staff just wonderful and the cleanliness out of this world. Will most certainly not be going anywhere else when I?m in Cwmbran. Would recommend 100% percent.

Never had anything but the perfect breakfast and service here. Staff are all polite and accommodating. The coffee house it's self is always perfectly clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The food is always perfectly cooked, hot, tastey and well served.
