I'm housebound and have been trying for a week to make contact with the pharmacy with no joy. My neighbour just mentioned she was in the Cwmbran store and staff are stood about chatting and ignoring the phone, so distressed!

Absolutely wonderful experience for my first time properly in the store, I was nervous and worried trying to pick out makeup to wear as a man, and Paulina was absolutely fantastic in offering me help, support and was overall just a big confidence booster! She walked me through concealers, mascara, and even tho I was a bit self conscious she helped me try on various products and samples. I ended up purchasing a range of products with her help, and couldn't be happier with the wonderful and inclusive service she provided! I'll definitely be coming again for more advice and products in the future x

The queues here are ridiculous. The way the staff try to avoid looking at the massive queue whilst they stand there chatting and doing nothing is infuriating.

Ridiculous waiting times just to hand over a prescription.
Badly managed seems like no system in place just shocking.
I qued for 45 mins then told to come back in 30 mins then qued again for another 40 mins to be told they hadn't got my prescription?
After 3 attempts asking them to check they found it?
Go elsewhere is my advice

Appalling service, near enough 2 hour wait for prescription. 1st queuing for 25 mins for them to serve 4 customers in front.
Cashier apologised for the wait, checked the had stock (they did), cashier then put them in the basket and was told to return in 1/2 hour.
Returned 40 mins later, asked if it was ready and got asked to Que again, they will check, without taking my name.
4 people queuing in front of me, hasn?t moved yet. At least five members of staff.
Completely Inefficient, avoid if possible.

Crap.
Signed up to have my prescriptions delivered 9 months ago. They have not managed to deliver a signle consignment on time or without extended running around.
Would have been quicker and easier to do it myself. Waste of 50 quid. Dont bother.
