Very efficient staff, of course there are long queues, it is a very busy pharmacy. You don?t have to wait long for your prescriptions. Having moved from Bristol where we had massive problems with getting medication it?s very refreshing we haven?t had that problem here

Loose your prescription, shout at you literally for lying your prescription was not collected from doctors surgery. Had to go back to my gp for a reprint of my prescription they had lost. No apology

Great to still have a local pharmacy within a short walk from my home.I find the staff friendly, knowledgeable and the pharmacists are always happy to help with questions.Come on people, support local before you loose it ?

Always have boots pharmacy deliver every month. But can be very hard work when you need to get in touch with them they never answer the phone. If they know its such a high in demand pharmacy take someone on that can answer the phones. Some the delivery drivers can be rude. There is one that i mostly have and he is fantastic and so polite if they could take on more of him would be great lol. When on the odd Occasion the phone does get answerd most the staff is polite ive had the odd rude one.

I came over to Boots after a Dr's appointment last week and added to the often overflowing workload of the staff.Despite the computer system taking a time out, the staff were beyond polite, apologetic and appreciative to all those involved.Very impressed with the wonderful service despite extra challenges on top of an already maxed out workload. ????

Shocking customer care, or should I say..no customer care!!! Waited to be served, whilst staff were dealing with prescription. A member of staff came out of the stairs, ignored me!! Continued to walk to the back of the store!!

I always gey my repeat prescriptions from here something needs to change the ques are always out the door, I've had to queue for 45 minutes I dread going there because no matter what time of the day its always the same it's been like this for years something has to change

always lovely to me, quick when you get through the queue - bad reviews seem to be from people who can?t wait 20 minutes and think staff shouldn?t get a lunch break :)

Possibly the worst pharmacy ever. They have had a prescription request for almost a week. Call in to collect, Queue for 15 mins to find out "oh I'm sorry it's not quite ready". How bloody long does it take to put two full boxes of tablets together. I could do it in 1 second I certainly wouldn't need a bloody week +They have a sign up asking you to treat the staff with respect. It's hard when the staff show total and complete incompetence like this.They also now close 1 til 2 which beggars belief as it would probably be the busiest time. I understand the staff need a lunch break but surely this could be staggered like most retail shops.To be honest though when it takes a week to put two sodding boxes in a bag, do they actually do enough work to warrant a lunch break?

If you like queuing you come to the right place at times I've queued 40 mins when there will be only 6 ish people in front. They is no system in place for those picking up prescription or dropping them off. And it gets hot in there no aircon.

Boots head office take notice I've already complained several times to regional managers and nothing has changed, after talking to them I noticed they are as bad as the staff and services being run at this particular boots chemist..Okay yes there's the odd shop workers there are fine but overall there's no efficiency the customer service is diabolical.. overall it's never been any good since boots took over the running of the place! How does this particular branch keep slipping through the net and keep getting away with such a dreadful service!!

Good selection, but online prescription checker was wrong. Not the stores fault, but boots as a company should fix this issue, as medication was urgent

Awful service, poor attitude of some serving staff, always seem to be missing parts of prescription. I waited in a chair for half hour after queuing for half hour, after phoning earlier ( that was a joke trying to get through) to check that my prescription was in. Turns out parts of prescription were missing. Either understaffed or unbelievably bad management. Other dispensing chemist have closed lately, why not employ more staff. I do feel sorry for some of the staff. Sort yourself out Boots.?, support your staff.

Wow all these people moaning about this/that Dont they realize this is all by design only since the fake scamdemic Covid 19 was introduced to us, some of you will NEVER get it though.Start blaming your poloticians before you blame the staff where are your morals?
