The delivery team Carl, Tracey and Ky were prompt, professional and friendly. The items were delivered carefully and placed in the room as requested. All of the team were happy, easy going and polite. They worked very well together.

Waited 3 weeks for beds.
£4000 on 2 beds.
And drawers didn't have runners on them.
What a joke.
Nothing to do with Cwmbran Store but customer services were terrible and someone in quality control needs a talking to.

Went into the Cwmbrân store to have a look around, Terry approached us and was simply wonderful. Terrys approach was just spot on, upon arrival he approached us and asked if he could help. We said we were just browsing as we normally do, Terry acknowledged that and proceeded to ask for a moment of our time to explain how the layout and the types of beds so that we could maximise our visit. Terry made us feel comfortable and his explanation allowed us to confidently try different beds and shortage etc. he was happy to answer some questions we had after browsing and still didn?t pressure us to buying on the spot. We went away extremely pleased with how Terry dealt with us. We could have ordered the bed online and be done with it but we were so pleased with Terry we wanted to go back and buy the bed from him so he knew we didn?t waste his time. We are extremely pleased with the service we received and that we have found a suitable bed for our new home. Thank you very much Terry, you were brilliant .

Would recommend Bensons for Beds without hesitation. From the initial purchase to delivery we were kept very well informed and we are thrilled with the bed and mattress... far better quality than previous purchases from a number of well known high street stores.

Excellent service. Was talked through with the bed but was also left to try out the functionality (electric bed) by ourselves and there was no pressure from the sales team only support and guidance.
Only drawback was that the bed didn?t qualify for VAT relief as I am a disabled person, hence requiring an electric bed.
Would highly recommend the sales team and Bensons in Cwmbran.

Order taken during store visit. Regularly kept informed of order status. Delivery arrived on time. Order unpacked and packing taken away. Deliver team were helpful, polite and informative. We will certainly deal with Bensons in the future. Well done!

Had to wait a month for delivery when we ordered the 2 mattress, however, a week before the delivery date we was told it would be delayed another month! Was told to ring customer services to discuss cancellation/compensation but when they answered they hung up with an automated mail saying they will call me back. It didn't happen and I won't buy from Benson for beds again.
