Scan and go crashed this morning and had to rescan my whole shopping. Got halfway through and crashed again. Nothing convenient in shop and go, checking my items as well for theft but the assistant said other. I asked the assistant which part of this is convenient, I said to my wife we should have gone to Morrisons, to that the assistant said you want to go just go. The attitude was OTT to be honest as I was speaking to my wife. It's christmas and they have an IT issue then why didn't they tell the customer about this to warn us but no. Disgusting behavior to be honest you have two or three staff standing around deep in conversation. Sarcasticly smiling at us as we left.

With my son and wife shopping asked for the special offer of a drink and mince pie ?no mince pies then was charged for large drinks not the small ones I had received , price was corrected but not good service !

When i was doing my shopping i wanted veg and i went down the aisle and is was a mess cardboard plastic food on the floor and when i went to reach a sweet potato and I touch it and it was mouldy and soft (black) and fly came from it there was no meat and it was mouldy food on the meat shelf And the toilets was disgusting like they don't clean it they need to improve big time.

Over the last few months we have noticed shelf prices being lower than those at the till, or using the scanner. Over the last five visits we have had to ask checkout staff to honor the price advertised, which is a waste of their time, a waste of our time and in practice wrong. if it were a one off I could accept the mistakes made, however it is constant and shows just how bad the store has become. Today it was Walkers Sensations, shelf price £1.50, price charged £1.65, time 4 equals overcharging of 60p. On other occasion the prices have varied by much more. I would urge anyone buying at this store to check prices charged against advertised.

We always shop at Asda Cwmbran, and were very happy with it, but they are getting rubbish lately! They revamp the store and move shelfs around so that you can't find your items anymore; empty shelfs everywhere and they change the reward card always too!!! The staff is nice, but that doesn't help, if the rest is bad. Considering going to Aldi in the future!!!
