What a superb blend of flavours combined with beautiful service as well! Top standard, locally sourced ingredients put together with some serious culinary experience and expertise. It was a real treat to be treated to a magnificent 3-courser plus cheese prepared by Scott and the team. Flawless; and introduced some new flavour combinations to some experienced palates as well. Highly, highly recommended. 11/10!!

Strawberry Shortcake recently catered for my 70th birthday 54 people at my home. Everything was perfect from the Pimms to the pulled pork, salmon plus Scott's special selection of salads. The Eton mess strawberry pudding was delicious. Many people commented on how amazing the food was. Scott and Kirsty of Strawberry Shortcake catered for around 180 people at both my daughter's weddings in 2011 and 2018 and I have to say I cannot fault the food, service by the well mannered young staff and the standard of the food on every occasion. I can highly recommend this company.

Thank you to you and your team for your efforts over the last few months. Our menu tasting was such a lovely experience, we felt so excited about the big day after that, (we may have told people that the food was the best bit and to come hungry)
Zoe and her team performed flawlessly on the day and everyone has said how amazing the food and service was. The whole team?s attention to detail and professionalism made everything run so smoothly. All done with the 30+ degree heatwave we experienced!
The table set up was immaculate, everything looked absolutely amazing.
In particular we know our niece Ruby really appreciated her last minute special request of some chips to go with her main meal! We think she was jealous that Sophie had them and she didn?t. Haha kids hey!
We?re so glad we had you as our caterers and we won?t hesitate to recommend your services to anyone looking for a top notch event caterer in the future.

We worked with Strawberry Shortcake for our wedding in June 2025. The food was absolutely delicious ? with many guests talking about it long after the celebration. It was definitely what we imagined and more! People with dietary requirements also commented on how great it was to get something specially prepared for them. The service the team delivered was nothing short of exemplary, attentive and warm.
From start to finish, working with Strawberry Shortcake was an absolute dream. Thank you Kirsty in particular for holding our hand throughout the whole process - answering every little question and adapting to our needs. We can not recommend Strawberry shortcake enough, Zoe and Scott were absolutely amazing super friendly and they looked after us so very well. The food, well that was another level of superb we can honestly say we haven't had such a nice meal in ages and the roast sirloin of welsh beef was divine. Everyone is still raving about the meal as you made our evening so perfect and stress free from start to finish with nothing for us to do just relax. You even left the kitchen spotless and dishes all cleaned and put away ????

We can?t recommend Strawberry shortcake enough, Kirsty and Scott are incredible and such lovely people. From choosing our wedding menu to the day itself it was a dream working with them. All of their staff were so friendly and all worked so hard from start to finish, we had a wedding of 250 guests and everything was done so smoothly and all on time. Their food is so different to classic wedding menus and I loved experimenting and making a menu personal to us. We had so many comments after the wedding saying how incredible the food was it really did make our day so special and to any couples planning a wedding I wouldn?t look anywhere else! ??????

Strawberry Shortcake did the catering for our wedding and they were outstanding. We asked for a bespoke vegan menu which they created for us, and we were delighted with the results. The food was delicious (and equally loved by our many non-vegan guests!) and the team were so helpful. They adapted brilliantly to our unusual location and were really flexible, keeping up regular communications to finalise all the details. Thank you!

I was father of the bride at Gileston Manor near Barry. The food throughout the day was provided by Strawberry Shortcake Dining which included canapés, main meal and evening food.
Quite simply excellent! The staff were friendly and attentive to guests. The food throughout the day was tasty and well presented with more than enough food to fill anyone.
I would highly recommend this company for any special occasion.
