As I walked into the lively establishment of KFC Cross Hands, on my left i was left with the conundrum of a baby chair. As my foot collided with the chair, I collapsed into the floor like a sack of spuds, and to my suprise, the whole store and staff were oblivious, and I was left with my pride, and a shed load of embarrassment. But regardless of this, I could sense with my powers that there were no hot drinks readily available to customers.

The staff are absolutely OUTSTANDING, I love them all very welcoming and very friendly, food was delicious as always my only problem is with Derrick Colville?s review. What he said was well out of order regarding Elliot. He is a kind and well mannered guy. Love them all brilliant atmosphere

Car park is not Disabled friendly
Whilst ordering food Elliot totally ignored me at the counter when I went to ask for some tap water to take my medication with but happily served 2 boys who came in after me then still ignored me very rude and I would not have him working for me
Food was average chips soggy and chicken greasy and not that hot
I got the impression that the staff did not want to be there
Suggest KFC LOOK AT THE QUALITY OF THERE STAFF AT THIS LOCATIO
Also no hot drinks available
And make it more disabled friendly
Will definitely not be back to this location

Poor experience and will not be returning! I had not been to KFC is years due to price increases, but with all the advertising on tv felt inclined to visit on a lunch break. None of the options represent value for money - and to top it off, I ordered the colonels option three pieces of chicken and chips, and to my disappointment when I got home I had only been provided two pieces of chicken!

Not the best KFC around for sure, no hot drinks available and no plans for there to be any time soon, guess I'll be popping to the competition across the road to have a coffee with my meal from now on

I don't usually leave reviews, but wow, what a great stop on our way to Ireland! Evening service was 10/10, the server was awesome, and the food was piping hot and delicious. We'll definitely be back! ?

The service was exceptional.The server Julie provided courteous, friendly, and efficient service. The food arrived promptly within 30 seconds of ordering, and the chicken and fries were delicious and freshly prepared. The restaurant's cleanliness was also noteworthy.

Call in just after 9pm hoping to seat down and sadly got told that we couldn't as the young lad had mop the floor on both side mmm one way to lose custom I thought it was open till 11pm Mcdonald it was then certainly won't be calling back to this KFC any time soon in the near future
