I recently had a very unpleasant experience with DWBIS Restaurant. I ordered food for takeout, and to my dismay, I found a fly in my meal. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene standards. When I contacted the restaurant to complain, they were dismissive and reluctant to address the issue. This poor customer service only compounded the problem. Finding a foreign object in food is not only disgusting but also a potential health hazard. I strongly advise others to avoid DWBIS Restaurant until they can demonstrate a clear commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. My experience was appalling, and I hope the relevant authorities investigate their practices.

I recently ordered takeaway from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed to find an insect in my food. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene practices. Finding an insect in my meal is not only disgusting but also a health risk. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience and will not be ordering from here again. I advise others to proceed with caution.

Must admit dont normally leave reviews at Indians as i make my own and have done for 30 odd years so am generally disappointed with a lot of them as they are basic and not genuine, this was probably one of the nicest dishes I have had on my travels with work and if you're ever local, or not, make an effort to get in here and tatse the flavours, excellent. I had the Kotchi which was amazing ?

The food is excellent. The place is clean. The staff are polite and helpful. Lovely atmosphere appropriate for parties of people and family groups . Really would recommend it here. Excellent food and service, whether reserving a table or ordering a takeaway.
Reasonable prices.

Ordered online for 6:30, they then changed the time without letting us know or providing a notification or anything. So I attended the restaurant at 6:30 to be told that I was early and to take a seat. I repeatedly asked how long my food would be to be repeatedly told to take a seat without any indication as to how long my food would be. It wasn?t till 6:58 that a different man said it would be ready for 7 by which point I had already waited half an hour. The food was then okay but wasn?t great, £80 for Luke warm food with some of the bread burnt and dry. Definitely won?t be going there again very disappointed and would not recommend women attend on their own given how I was spoken down to and my questions disregarded to which I felt was particularly because I?m a young female attending on my own.

Family run buisness, very friendly! The food was delicious and the price very reasonable. They gave us a free coffee liqueur and a Christmas card. After our meal they brought out wipes for our hands which were warm, this was a nice touch and when we were paying our bill were given a Dwbis chocolate. Will definitely be back. Thank you
