I don?t know if the heat got to the staff tonight but we ordered a Hot Honey Pizza and ended up getting just a pepperoni. The Cinni dippers was missing the icing. Such a shame as they are usually so good.

I placed my order 40 minutes ago and phoned just to find out that they hadn?t even started to make my food. I had then been told that my food would start to be prepared within 15 minutes after the phone call and delivery would take even longer. This is absolutely ridiculous and under no circumstance should a customer wait an hour before their food has even started to be prepared. If I could give this service 0 stars I would, this is disgraceful.

I saw and heard who i assume was a manager (Short, scrawny male) speaking to his staff absolutely disgustingly, The way he was treating his staff was absolutely vile and completely unprofessional as I could hear the argument whilst waiting for my order. I am distraught that a manager would speak in such a way to his staff. I really hope this taken further and stops the way that staff seem to be getting treated. Won?t be coming again. Completely distraught!!!!!

Loaded fries are absolute DS, don't waste your money on them. Anaemic, undercooked and very few toppings. Would have returned if not for the inconvenience. In the end, I gave them to the dogs. Pizzas were okay though

Last two orders haven't had the additional toppings on top (which were paid for) and one order came with just one pizza instead of two (but the guy on the phone was nice enough when I called and sent my pizza out straight).

We?ve been here twice so far and our orders have been correct every time! Pizzas were great and friendly staff :)
