We?ve been coming to The Penny Farthing for a few years and the food is always delicious.
Today my Daughter and I came for a girly afternoon tea to celebrate her birthday.
We were extremely impressed with the quality and variety of the food.
The presentation was fantastic. The variety of sandwiches was wonderful and the miniature cakes were out of this world!
We would definitely recommend the afternoon tea and would come back again.
We need to give a special mention to Andrew who served us. He was outstanding and a credit to your team. Nothing was too much trouble for him!

Really enjoyed our first meal out in Cowbridge. The atmosphere was welcoming and cosy inside, whilst outside was really pretty and we were lucky to have wonderfully warm weather. We had an extremely attentive, helpful and knowledgeable server called Rosie who made the whole experience very enjoyable. She was very informative about the food and offered some delicious recommendations. We will definitely return!

Second time I?ve had Afternoon Tea at the Penny Farthing and it has been excellent both times. Beautiful 3 tiered display and all very fresh and tasty. Always enjoy the ambience and the staff are friendly and very good service. Also, excellent value for money.

A group of 6 have just returned from a stay in Cowbridge the hotel we stayed in uses The Penny Farthing for breakfast services
The various breakfasts we had were enjoyed by all, not a mammoth full English but very good nevertheless,and all our requests were fulfilled without any problem.
The restaurant was very busy so fully accepted the speed of service.
The service staff were excellent polite and friendly a real pleasure.
We also called in for an afternoon coffee and cake, again very good portions.
Would definitely recommend..
