Such a lovely experience. Took my daughter for a routine eye test. Ellie our optician was wonderful. Explained everything and was extremely attentive to my daughter. Geriant was brilliant at helping us decide on frames too. Lovely staff all round.

I have been a cilent of Specsavers for the past 10 years, going systematically every two years for eyes tests and new glasses and not a single time was I happy with the results.The most recent time I went was the last time I will ever go. I just have enough.Despite asking for the most budget lense exchange (I just wanted to watch TV in them, having got different glasses for driving and leaving house) which would cost under £16 (I have NHS discount as disability), the optician kept trying to push me to get the lenses that would cost me well over £40- she said those were the cheapest ones available for me too, even though I now know better.Absolutely disgusting and horrible behaviour. I have nothing good to say about this brand.
