What a gem we found. This is by far the best Thai restaurant around here. Staff were super friendly, great atmosphere, nicely decorated and food was amazing. Ideal even for date nights or family gathering. Will definitely return.

I can say hands down this was the best Thai food I’ve had in wales!
Went tonight for my father’s 70th birthday, the atmosphere was beautiful and the staff were so warm and welcoming and engaged so much with us, they were kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble!

A bit out of my way, but it was a convenient meeting point. I can honestly say this place exceeded my expectations. I love Thai food, but had given up on Thai restaurants locally as they always disappoint. Not this place. The food tasted exactly how it should have - delicious. Cowbridge & Penarth in the Vale of Glamorgan since 2020.
Our Cowbridge restaurant has now closed as we prepare to
offer our amazing (Onzon) authentic Thai flavours at home in
Penarth. Enjoy old family favourites, popular Thai street
food, and regional favourites from across Thailand prepared
in our open kitchen.
Opening Summer 2025 we are returning back to Penarth
with our Thai restaurant and Thai Cookery School. Eat and learn
amazing/Onzon Thai Food.
