Had the grumpiest woman (employee) at the entrance of the queue, telling people that the post office will be closed between 1 pm and 1:30 for lunch. I asked if the queue was was still open, as it was 12:50 and she just grunted ?it?s lunch at 1?.A better system might be to close the queue and serve the customers. Not just close the shutter whilst customers are in the queue.

When ever I need to use this post office there always seems to be an issue. Had parcels delivered here from online retailers and the staff don?t know what they are doing as the items go missing. The Royal Mail online tracker says it has been delivered and then the horribly rude woman who works behind the post office counter says that the tracker is lying!Don?t use this establishment. All you?ll get is a rude woman who can?t be bothered to help you at all.
