Very often good coffee and great staff,but really wish that they would make up the vegan cream in the fridge.
Perfect place for dogs too.
The staff work very hard and could perhaps benefit from having one member specifically there to wash up and clear tables.
Caffe Nero are a bit behind the times charging for alternative milk options.Most coffee houses no longer do so,and being penalised for allergies etc seems unfair.

Very nice coffee in a really friendly store. Outside seating is great for sitting in the sunshine and watching the world go by.

Ordered an Oat Milk Iced Latte and slice of Sticky Toffee Cheesecake. Both were very nice and would order again, even though the cheesecake was on the small side.Queue moved quickly and staff were friendly and efficient. Tables were cleaned in-between customers and the overall cafe was clean and tidy.Parking: Free parking at Waitrose right outside for up to 2 hours, but very busy and couldn?t find a space. Across the street is also free parking for up to 2 hours and easily found a space here.

Good coffee although service was rather slow. Didn't try the food as I only wanted a hot drink.
