Fantastic, friendly pub and B&B. Food is superb, staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. Rooms are high quality. Highly recommend The Slater's Arms.

I really enjoyed my stay at this little B&B. The food was good, the hosts kind, and room very comfortable. They helped me store my bicycle inside for the night. Definitely recommend.

I came to the village to find information on a late family member, staff were super welcoming and put me in touch with patrons who knew my relative. Do book in advance for Sunday Roast as it's very popular ?
Nearby activities: Steam train, local museum, great walks
Walkability: Limited parking in the village but there's free street parking 6 mins walk away if you can't get in the local car park.
Food and drinks: Amazing Sunday Roast
Noteworthy details: Friendly and welcoming staff

Stayed in Corris and ate here at Slater?s a couple of times. Staff were really friendly, beer and cider were good, and the meals were excellent. Dog friendly too. Thoroughly recommended. ?

Lovely little pub in a beautiful old village ? we walked from our campsite near by and enjoyed a proper pub meal! Hand cut chips which I 100% recommend and a really tasty chicken curry ? a great selection of beers too, we really enjoyed our visit!

To my shame i had been here before but didn't leave a review which is bad seeing that i have been desperate to get back ever since! Yes it's in a lovely place, nestled in a beautiful village surrounded by some of the best scenery in the world, but it's inside that this place is special. The flags of Wales are on the ceilings and you can tell straight away that this place has a love of the country, the language, good food, good beer and us, the customer. Mike is such a lovely host who genuinely cares about your stay, the rooms are comfy and the pub is perfect - it makes you want to stay the next day...which I did... Mike and Charlotte (not forgetting the beautiful dog Bella) have created something special and Claire behind the bar was more than fantastic. Visit - you won't forget it.

Love this place! Been in a few times when riding (mtb) in the area. Landlady gave me a warm welcome, a phone charger and even fit me for an early meal (as they were fully booked). Best steak pie & chips Ive had - and Ive had a few!Food & drinks: Very good selection of beers and great hearty food.

We didnt stay, juat came for dinner. They do quite simple pub food, but it's nice. The steak and ale pie, which was a special, was amazing! The main person working there was very nice and friendly :)The pub is in quite a pretty small village.
