Went here as reviews seemed good. Very busy but not a problem, however as the beer was not well kept and tables not very clean I won't be going again. Pub just up the road far better.

Food was great my only complaint is the sandwich selection it's a bit niche! I'm a chef by trade and it isn't what I would put on the menu.
The rest of the menu was great we ate here twice this week staff were lovely and chatty.

Flavorless food and rude staff. No greeting when I entered despite my reservation and when I discreetly asked to move to another table, I was ridiculed publicly by the waitresses. Food was subpar and just a totally disappointing experience. If you want to feel like an inconvenience while spending money on dinner, dine here.

Our group of eight had a lovely meal here on a Sunday evening. Very efficient and friendly service, a good menu including local produce and vegetarian options. Local cask beer and a nice wine list. Reasonably priced too

Sunday Roast. Terrible - demonstrates no pride in the food they serve and a just don?t care attitude. £20+ per meal. Not only would we not dine there again but we would not stay there.
The service was good.
Any decent management would not put their front of house staff in that position. Feel free to contact me to discuss

Spent a few days here.
All staff ? friendly & helpful.
Lovely bedrooms.
Food - fantastic. Ate in the restaurant every night. No need to go elsewhere. Top food.
So much choice & superb breakfast, lots of choice.
Central position in Conwy to shops, & promenade.
Buses & train station are across the road from the hotel..
Lovely views of the castle & walls.
We will definately visit again asap.

Had our evening meal here in our trip to Conwy, only problem was that we only went once! We?re considering having every meal here next time!
The restaurant is beautifully decorated feeling modern and homely in equal measure. It is a true gastro pub, the atmosphere was relaxed and vibrant with a lovely mix of people. We dined in the small outside area.
Starters- the white bait was terrific, good size fish and well portioned. A tiny bit too battered but still terrific and I can?t wait to have more.
My wife had the meatballs, which were delicious.
I had a lovely pie, very filling and fresh, you can tell it?s been made well.
My wife had a fish course that had fresh veg and blew her mind, she preceded to look again through the menu and wants to try it all!

Party of 4 booked a table in the restaurant after reading the menu outside the front door. Ordered drinks which were brought to the table. Food ordered ( sharing fish platter for 2 with fizz) to be informed that the menus had been changed.
Same menu still being displayed 3 days later. Very disappointed.
