So we stayed just one night here 22nd April and I have to say I wouldn't stay again although the location is good for the town and the food looked good in the restaurant thats where it ended for us.Unfortunately first impressions last the stairs leading to the rooms were very dirty and dusty,and our room (room 3) had issuesWindow would not openBlind was without a cord so you could not roll it down or upCurtain was off a couple of ringsShower was ineffective very low pressureNo where to hang the towels in the bathroom.Chair leg was looseThese were all consThe prosNice comfy big bedContinental breakfast OKFree wifiThe room was £93 for the night I'd have expected better.

We were upgraded when we arrived as they were not busy, so was really pleased and also upgraded to a continental breakfast, lovely views in the room , however I use a walking stick as I have mobility issues, no lift so difficult to get to the room as several flights of stairs. Also the room was not refreshed at all in the 2 nights we were there, so rubbish built up and no replenishment of coffee etc. There was no interaction with staff at all after we checked in, the breakfast was put outside the door and left. The room needed a bit of TLC, dripping tap, dirty shower, dirty window cills, faded curtains. I wouldn't come back for those reasons. This place really cocerntrates on the food restaurant more than the rooms. Felt like an after thaught. We did order a pizza, and it was lovely. Can't fault that.

We stayed for three nights in room four. Our first impression was not very good because the stair carpet had certainly seen better days and the hall and stairs badly needed decorating.However the room was clean with a very comfortable bed and a very spacious bathroom. There were nice touches in the room with a coffee machine and cakes to welcome us. Wi-Fi was excellent. We were a little concern about fire safety as we were at the very top of the building and the fire doors were wedged open, the front door to the rooms did not lock automatically and on numerous occasions was left open this was a risk to guests and staff as this door also led into the restaurant. We ate in the restaurant and the pizzas were delicious. The breakfast bag was a lovely idea and was delivered to your door every morning. Parking is an issue, there is a very convenient car park but it is only short stay and if you are staying in Conway it works out quite expensive. Your can park overnight for only 80p which is fine but during the day it is almost five pounds for 4 hours ! Overall it is good value, the staff were friendly and it is in the perfect spot for enjoying beautiful Conway.

2nd time we have stayed here and truly another wonderful experience. Stayed in room 6 this time. Seaside view. Room clean and tidy. Smashing hospitality tray with additional cake box on arrival. Toiletries in bathroom. Clean fluffy white towels! Breakfast bags delivered to your door in the morning, containing fresh fruit salad, yogurt, croissant butter and jam, fresh orange juice . Never fails to exceed expectations! We will be back 5 ?

My boyfriend and I stayed at Johnny Doughs for one night and really enjoyed our stay after going to zip world in the day. The lovely lady really welcomed us and managed to get us a table downstairs at their Pizza restaurant even though we didn?t book in advance. We were also surprised as we didn?t realise that breakfast was included in the morning which was just perfect packed in a bag which was brought up to your room. Really recommended staying here and good value for your money.

Great stay , great staff , great food pizza's are delivered to your room if you want . All staff are friendly and efficient.This is our 2nd stay and we will be back .

This is not The Bridge inn any more. It is now Johnny Doughs wood fired pizza. Well worth a visit, pizza is cooked while you wait, so always fresh.
