Ignorant shop keeper who is plain rude and would rather have a chat with her friend than actually serve customers. If her rudeness wasn’t enough she then tried to charge £5 for 3 drinks marked up £2 odd? Maybe a bad day?

I visited this shop today, and unfortunately I forgot to bring a face mask out with me. To be polite, and adhere to shop rules, I asked the lady behind the counter if they could provide me with a single use disposable face mask.
