Spent a couple of nights in Conwy and stayed at Castlebank Hotel mainly due to the good online reviews. The reviews were accurate - excellent hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, clean, good value, excellent breakfast. Well worth a visit. We'll be back.

Lovely hotel,in a great location. Very near the town centre/castle, with train/bus stops all near by. Hosts were very welcoming, always checking if we had a good day, and offering help/advice. This place is beautiful. Run by a lovely couple, awesome breakfast, cosy room. You can see the castle from the room. The blankets are comfortable. It’s walking distance to the castle and the seaside. Nice and quiet.
