Terrible service! The young man on the phones was rude and abrupt when organising a viewing. Didnt do his job and book my appointment time to see the property. I arrived early called to see where he was spoke to a lovely young woman who was very apologetic and explained that they had no record of the viewing. Ended up waiting around for an hour to finally be let into the property that was near derelict inside.. windows boarded up, no back gate, every room in the house needed renevating and redecorating aswell as a new kitchen. The cheek to ask somone to pay 1k a month for a property in that state is beyond me!

Went rental side. Viewed a property they were managing, they never sent a form through for us to apply when we said we liked it, they forgot we viewed it then offered us another viewing. They never contact you back when you ask a question about properties.

Good evening. Apologies for the delay in response.I gave a lower review/star rating because during my viewing of a flat in Old Colwyn, your representative offered to send me available rentals on your books. To date, all these weeks later, and I delayed further in responding to you to enable every opportunity to receive further property information, I have not received any emails or other communication with details of any properties to rent from your company. This is most disappointing as I truly wished to revise my rating. In the meantime, I have been searching on Rightmove, Zoopla et al and have seen a number of new properties with your agency but sadly, nothing from yourselves.

We felt very welcome from the very start. we already fell in love with a property advised on there website by just seeing the pictures. their application forms are straight forward forms , very fast with sorting out problems very good company

Terrible service received by a representative of this company. I would give no stars if that was an option. Ignored an email to view the house, then I chased it and got an appointment. Was very abrupt tried blindingly obvious sales techniques that were laughable. Told me It was going to Auction if no offer was made by the end of the week, told me the owners wanted it sold within 4 weeks, I did make an offer on email, proving I had the finance in place ( As I was told to). didn't even get a reply. Worried because I sent my passport and bank statements and was told he had received it - God knows why he didn't acknowledge it, was very unprofessional. Considering I was told it had to be sold within four weeks, and an offer had to be made by the end of the week, it took 2 days short of 4 weeks to decline my offer. This I was only informed of because I chased them. I raised my offer by email - Again no reply so I called to confirm receipt to which I was told someone made an offer the day before which was accepted. Funny how an offer was accepted so quick when I was told it was a company that owned it and they always took up to 4 weeks to rely. Asked for code of conduct and complaints procedure as it felt very very dodgy - Obviously no reply. Awful company - Stay away
