Had to ask for the tables to be cleaned every time we went in. The servers were very friendly and helpful. Food was consistently cold.
The decor is beautiful.

Can't believe a pint of handpull is £1.99 here! Quirky building with Egyptian murals and green theatre curtains. Definitely worth a visit.

Must be the nicest, cleanest and most welcoming Wether spoons we've been to. Over last 20 years plus we've visited this chains establishments in England, Scotland and Wales and by far this, Colwyn Bay is the best. Thank you to all staff, Front and catering staff, excellent ?.

Manager on duty was rude. Wrong food brought out and when mentioned to said manager he refused to believe it. We left 2 meals fully paid for and left.
