Terrible customer service, I visited the store on the 9th December and my phone is still broken. I keep getting told the part is coming next day but nothing is turning up, when I called and spoke to someone they said "if we ordered it yesterday it will definitely arrive today" which shocked me as apparently my part had been on order for nearly 2 weeks at that point. I am honestly appalled, they don't keep you in the loop and don't reply to emails or social media. If you want your phone fixing quickly, avoid this shop at all costs!!EDIT: Response received from company so far seems to be entirely for show. Evidence has been provided followed by a follow up phonecall to confirm it's been received and still no direct contact other than "yes we've got it" over the phone
