The staff pays no attention to the customers standing at the till. I stood there for 5 minutes before someone approached, the lady was too busy talking to the other one. And when she did approach, she was throwing the goods. At the end, I didn't say a word, sorry. Very unprofessional service

I rarely use this store because each time I have been asked for a greater amount than that advertised on the ticket against the item on the shelf. The staff are unfriendly and display a "it's not my fault" attitude. Whose fault is it then? I'm sure customers do not go round changing the tickets. Customers deserve better.
